What the Forensic Audit does is provide the leverage needed to negotiate your loan mod, in an entirely new manner. The loan modifications that United Home Advocates handle are actually settlements. When you have a bonafide LEGAL action against the bank, and they are responsible for payment of Attorney fees, not only theirs, but yours, its worth something to the Bank for you to pursue your actions. After we compile the Forensic Audit Report, we give the Lender a copy. Lhat loans which were not previously modified, can get modified, and even where loans were modified already, its possible to produce modifications on better terms.
Although we do provide Forensic Audit Reports for Brokers' clients whom may be negotiating loan modifications, the weight of all the violations presented in clear undeniable reports, only really tips the scales only when a Law Firm submits the repoort, of course with professional Legal knowledge and experience to back it up.
